My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019

I finally got to watch a Bull's preseason game. I had really wanted to go the game with the Pacers in Indianapolis on Friday but we didn't make it. Today they played last year's NBA Champions, the Toronto Raptors, and since the Bulls had already lost their first three preseason games I was sure today's game would a debacle. However, I was pleasantly surprised to watch a really well played game by the Bulls resulting in a 105-91 win over the Raptors. In fact, the Bulls had a 30 point lead at one point. They gave up quite a bit of that lead when they brought in the bottom of the bench halfway through the 4th quarter, but it was still a great game for a Bull's fan to watch.

We walked to Dennys today for brunch and got in most of that 10k steps for today. We had planned on taking another walk this afternoon but the game started at 5:00pm and we just ran out of time.

I'm looking forward to basketball season again since it's my favorite sport. I hope that Lavine and Markkanen can stay healthy this year and we might have a decent season for a change. It's been a tough last few years for Bulls fans, we are ready for a good season!

My favorite sport, too. Although it doesn't show. And I have like a hundred almost as favorite sports...But I was quite passionate about basketball in highschool.

My son played basketball from the time he was 6 years old in YMCA league until he graduated college. I loved watching his games. And my husband is from Chicago so he got me watching NBA and rooting for the Bulls.

I'm a diehard Celtics fan myself (started watching back when Larry Bird was a player, not a suit 😂 ), but haven't had the chance to catch any preseason yet. I'll have to figure out when they're playing the Bulls this season, so we can taunt each other...LOL!

Glad to hear you had a nice walk to brunch (I miss Denny's - the one closest to us closed a few years back), and I hope you're able to get the rest of the mess from your hack cleared up quickly and easily!
