Daily Raport... [PL] listopadowe słońce / [EN] November sun

Pogoda zmienia się jak w kalejdoskopie, dzień wcześniej było pochmurno i padał deszcze, a wczoraj wręcz przeciwnie. Jak wyszedłem na przerwę to się bardzo ucieszyłem z tego stanu rzeczy, wiedziałem, że nie będę musiał dusić się wewnątrz hali sportowej. Wydawało mi się, że jest chłodniej niż było w rzeczywistości, dlatego za ciepło się ubrałem na trening.

ENG The weather changes like in a kaleidoscope, the day before it was cloudy and rainy, and yesterday it was quite the opposite. When I went out for a break I was very happy that I will not have to suffocate inside the gym. I thought it was cooler than it really was, so I wore my clothes too warm for training.

Mniej więcej w połowie wczorajszego biegu miałem dość z uwagi na ciepło, niepotrzebnie założyłem termoaktywną koszulkę, która nie odprowadzała ciepła. Mimo wszystko kontynuowałem bieg, starając się utrzymać równe tempo, konsekwencją przegrzania organizmu był wzrost tętna, nie pamiętam kiedy ostatni raz miałem tak wysokie tętno. W kolejnych biegach będę musiał trochę zwolnić, może uda się okiełznać zbyt wysokie tętno, a jednocześnie wypracować większą wytrzymałość.

ENG Around the middle of yesterday's race I had enough because of the heat, I thought that it was wrong that I wore a thermoactive shirt, which did not dissipate heat. After all, I continued my running training, trying to keep up the pace, the consequence of overheating of the body was also increase of my heart rate, I don't remember the last time I had such a high heart rate. I'll have to slow down a bit in the next runs, maybe I'll be able to control the heart high, and at the same time develop more endurance.

Wieczorem po pracy musiałem jeszcze pojechać do centrum odebrać paczkę dla córki. W mieście już udziela się świąteczna atmosfera na całego, wszystkie główne ulice przystrojone są girlandami świateł, a na Grand Place jak co roku rozstawiło się wesołe miasteczko, zostanie tam do końca tygodnia, następnie dwa tygodnie względnego spokoju, przed świątecznym jarmarkiem, który będzie rozstawiony do początku stycznia. Fajnie będzie wpaść na szklaneczkę grzanego wina i pieczone kasztany.

ENG In the evening after work I had to go to the center to collect a parcel from dispatcher. In the city there is already a festive atmosphere all over the place, all the main streets are decorated with garlands of lights, and on the Grand Place, as every year, an amusement park has been set up, staying there until the end of the week, then two weeks of relative peace, before the Christmas Market starts, which will be set up until the beginning of January. It will be nice to have a glass of mulled wine and baked chestnuts.
