Hi Steemians!

Here is my actifit activity. Earlier around 5:30 to 9:30 A.M I aas burn my fat alot actually I am not a fun of running, walking, or hiking because of to mich wieght. But I know excercise is very important to our body to do a healthy lifestyle.

Yedterday activity I hit my first 1000 point activity, and back to @alokkumar121 actifit moderator he told mr about the qualified points and I made it up to 5000 activity. So thank you @alokkumar121 for the activity info and sorry to tag you in my post.
