My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2019

For a while I had thought that it was time to start posting again with actifit, but it just didn't happen.
Not because I wasn't active ... lol. With 3 dogs in the house you will get your activities every day. Although that had also been at a lower level of course after the surgery that Rowan had on 30 August.
Luckily my white friend is really starting to recover and so I decided today that it was time to start quietly with him again with longer walks.
He enjoyed visibly, happy to be allowed to really stretch his paws again during our 20 minute walk.
If it was up to him, he would have gone for a nice run too ... but I kept him on the leash. One thing at a time. It looks good for now, and I sure want to keep it that way.
We both enjoyed this first longer walk after his surgery ... and hopefully there will follow many long walks together.
