Housework 👎: December 21 2019
First, I want to say that I don’t eat pork. But I am a good mom and grandma - at least I am trying to be one.
So, when I have to go to Costco, a membership huge market that started in San Diego many years ago as Priceclub, I text all my children to see if they need anything.
I got the requests, but when I was shopping, I got a text if I am still there. My son’s request had us on the phone for a while and I send him pictures of the possible meat choices. Since I don’t eat, cook, or allow pork in my house, I have no clue how to shop for it.
I got him the right stuff. Phew!
One thing I notice often - housework doesn’t result in much activity points at all. I barely sat down all day, but equally barely made it to 6000. I think that the apps only start counting after a few steps. And doing chores involves many times just a few steps - that probably don’t get counted. Oh well 😔

It is the same with mowing my lawn. I can do it for 6 hours without a break and not a single step is cpunted. I gave up on it.
I have not much knowledge about meat either. No matter if it is pork or cow or whatever.

I may eat the meat but I do not enjoy shopping, preparing, cooking or serving it 😅 if only vegan life was easy and less expensive I’d be inclined to try it... time my one and only nemesis 😅

Shopping for someone else can be quite challenging. I don't like it when my husband needs me to stop at a hardware or auto parts store for something. It would be like me sending him to the fabric store!
