My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2019....... Saturday =Caturday 🐈😹👣🏃🙌💨🍃🎶⛅💯✨
Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to Saturday report 😊😹. Thank you for stopping yet again and I trust you are having a wonderful weekend so far 💯. Mine has been very active and am just about to break down my stepping activities for you.
It was an early start for me this morning. I had aimed for an automaticwin so I set the alarm and once it went off I was out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
As always I love Saturday's automaticwin as I don't have office. So its uninterrupted, then just before 10am I arrive back home.
I did rest for a while before embarking on the house chores. Mostly general cleaning and tidying up.
I did check out my crypto you tubers and same as last week bitcoin is boring with mostly sideways movement. So I switched to watching comedy shows 😂.
When my eyes got tired I headed for the shopping center where I bought a few groceries and veggies. I took the wrong longer route on purpose just to ramp up my steps.
It was mostly an overcast and cloudy afternoon. I am glad that the rain ☔ gave us a well deserved break today. In the morning I walked around with my umbrella just in case 😹.
When I got back home I got the cooking going while I did a photo shoot of Bob and his friend 😊.
For the sunset ⛅ walk this evening I walked around the neighborhood and then the main road. I wanted to avoid the muddy park but tomorrow I will definitely go to the park if it doesn't rain ☔.
It was an exhausting long evening walk just the way I like it on Saturday 🙌. Now am looking forward to some good sleep 💤 and a restful Sunday tomorrow.
