Beautiful Cold Sunny Day!! My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2020
Hello everyone and a warm welcome to my fitness stepping report. Hope your day was fantastic and fun.
Mine, well today was actually much prettier and lovely we had the sun almost all day and it was beautiful despite the cold and low temperature, nevertheless it was sweet and swell.
I thoroughly enjoyed my long walk this morning around the neighborhood surrounding. As I said the sun was out just makes the day much brighter and warm sunshine just enough to balance the cold.
I managed to achieve the automaticwin win, even though I wasn’t able to sync my Fitbit but that’s fine cause what’s more important is that you take the time to get those muscles and joints flexed.
Later in the afternoon I went grocery shopping for vegetables and fruits and some blueberry and raspberry pies and peach crumbled.
Then finally returning home and just resting and relaxing now that I’ve done roasting some vegetables.
