16^ giorno di palestra. My Actifit Report Card: ottobre 28 2019

Ricomincia la settimana lavorativa e ricomincia anche il movimento, sia sul lavoro che in palestra, dove oltre alla sala pesi ho fatto 7 minuti di cyclette prima di cominciare l’allenamento, quindi come riscaldamento e poi alla fine altri 16 minuti di pedalate (come potete vedere nella foto), dove ho percorso quasi 7 chilometri, smaltendo ben 100 calorie, neanche il piattone di insalata che tra poco andrò a mangiare...
