Flooding can be so devastating. We are having some now, ironically, in the areas that have been recently affected by wildfires. It's a way of life here though, both fires and flooding, and I'm often amazed at how well they are dealt with by people like you.

Nothing like a little water and electricity to make things interesting huh? :)

Flooding after a fire makes things a whole lot worse. It almost creates a crust for the water to ride on.
Kind of like those people that live in the tornado prone areas. They find a way to survive and stay safe.

I couldn’t believe some of the places that flooded. I would have never thought the water would have made it that far from the river. It was a pretty site!! We are possibly looking at round 2 of the flooding in the next week or two. Not cool... not cool

Yeah, you're right about the fire thing. Hey, stay safe mate, don't do anything crazy like hanging off a bridge over nothing relying 100% on your rigging...Oh, hang on, you already did that! Lol.
