Bolivian Outpost

BolivianOutpost.jpg

There is always something refreshing about clean white sheets. They represent a small act of human defiance over the ever increasing entropy of the universe.

This shot was taken of a remote settlement outpost high up in the Bolivian Altiplano, Bolivia. When @claudiaz launched her "Washing Line" theme it immediately came to mind. For those interested it was shot on a Canon EOS 50D, with a Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM at ISO 400, 22mm (34.9 mm in 35mm), f/13 and 1/250s.

Wow. This is awesome. I love those white garments. It resembles one thing as for me. Bright love for humanity.

Very creative they built the building. You make this building look more special than the extraordinary camera shots.

It is such a serene location. The colour of the building is what makes it stand out I think.

The image is highly symbolic. Apart from the white garment you spotted the serenity of the environment is worthy to note. It looks so peaceful and calm.

It blows my mind how different houses look in different parts of the world.
