IAAC - Day 114 Dragon figure from Krakow?

Today is Thursday, September 23rd and I am happy to be alive.

This was a present from a friend ages ago and I have forgotten where that traveled and purchased it. I think it was to Poland but I might be mistaken. The only word on the figure is "KraKow". Does anyone know anything that would point me to additional information about it?
