Mindfulness exercise with amazing nature

The soul usually known what to do to heal itself.The challenge is to silence the mind.

I think we all are familiar with the benefits of meditation. But many of us don't able to do it, thoughts Disturbed us. So what I do?

Look closely at clouds , notice its shape. Notice the colours of the clouds. When we look closely we noticed that there are Lots of different things. We can do this exercise with anything; clouds, treeshape, leaves on the tree, flowers , water, birds, noise of birds, sound of your breath and any other stuffs.
It's amazing to do mindfulness exercise with nature and other things.

how it's beneficial

Mindfulness is the process of bringing your attention to the present moment. It can help make you more aware of destructive thoughts and remind you not to overreact to the negative thoughts.

You can try everyday mindfulness exercise.
A daily practice of mindfulness exercise and cultivating a connection with nature may increase your happiness and reduce stress.
So pick something to focus on and try it.
Just try it and see!

The benefits of nature to meditate are undeniable. I've been practicing yoga lately and the instructor is often inviting us to contemoplate the clouds, the trees, the sound of birds and nature. Just like that we can do mindfulness exercises with nature and the results are always positives. Thanks for sharing. Namaste.

Yes! I do it daily...and wherever I feel Disturbed I do this mindfulness exercise and results are Amazing 😀

Hi there !! .. thank you for another great entry to amazingnature. Your post really enriches this contest !! .. I like your point of medidation and have to admit that I do this myself from time to time ^^ .. by the way, can you use the amazingnature tag instead of just amazing ? As I put it in the first rule of the contest and all the others use it I have to look at those criteria ;) .. please go on like this on all your post. I really enjoy that you add this little extra of philosophy in them and I am now one of your enjoying followers ^^

Beautiful picture! Yes, meditation is important. And I think sometimes we forget that simply thinking contemplatively "counts" as meditation.

I am really happy that you are exploring this aspect of life.. Meditation had been always a big part of our life which we lost while growing up. But thats what's makes the rediscovering it more fun.

Yes! Meditation is the essential part of our life and we can do this exercise in any form...I'm also enjoying 21 days challenge which u introduce but haven't completed yet.
