Reusable Fonts - Animated instead of static font?

Hello everyone, remember my post here where I have a set of re-usable fonts...

These are hosted on Hive or Steem storage... if we want to do Animated Gif alphabets, then we will need a way to host the gif files.. or the animated alphabets... I will also need to figure out how to created the animated alphabets...

Anyone with ideas? I've seen some alphabet already done on 3rd party sites.. hence i could create text like below :

But I guess I want to create my own animated alphabet.. Photoshop could probably do it, but I'm not familar with photoshop's animation features. Anyone can point a direction to this?
