Binge-watched Gleipnir today!

Well for this weekend the anime that I binge watched is the anime "Gleipnir", currently one of the hottest anime this season.

It tells the story of a high school kid named 'Shuichi Kagaya' who has the ability to transform into a stuffed animal (with strength greater than a normal human and some weapons at his disposal whenever he transforms) and 'Clair Aoki' his classmate who threatened to expose his identity after saving her life (a little heads up, the girl is crazzzzzy!).

Anyways, I'm probably in the minority here but I kinda dislike this anime. It's probably because my expectation for this one was a little high before I watched it. I read some positive comments about this series on one Facebook Anime page I follow 'meh' it's just not up to my taste.

After watching all the current 11 episodes, I find the anime to be a little 'too trying hard to be edgy'. It did gave me a little "Mirrai Nikki" feels at the beginning which made my expectations more higher but started to lose interest in the next few eps. The girl is just 'too crazy' and sadly not in a fun way.

Will still watch the upcoming episodes though hopefully it gets better.
