@tegoshei here and I'm going to talk about the fourth movie of Haikyuu!! which is called "HAIKYUU!!! Movie 4: Battle Of Concepts"

Haikyuu!! Season 4 is about going to be aired soon, specifically on January 2020. Because of that, I re-watched the fourth movie of the said anime recently. Let me tell you something about Haikyuu!! briefly.

HAIKYUU!! is a Japanese sports anime, particularly a volleyball-themed one. One of the main characters in the said anime, Hinata Shouyou was inspired to play volleyball after watching a volleyball match where a so-called "Little Giant" played in. Hinata has a very short stature, but despite that he's determined to play volleyball just like his idol, the Little Giant.

He didn't have much opportunity to play in middle school, but when he joined Karasuno High School, his life as a volleyball player began. He met great teammates and of course really interesting rivals.

HAIKYUU!!! Movie 4: Battle Of Concepts

This particular movie is a recap of the third season of the anime where Karasuno High School Volleyball Club played against the powerhouse school, Shiratorizawa.

Karasuno, for the past years, has been tagged as "flightless crows"because they haven't won the past tournaments. However, in this movie, they're on their way to battle the powerhouse volleyball club in their prefecture, Shiratorizawa.

One of the country's best aces is in Shiratorizawa Academy. He is Wakatoshi Ushijima and he together with his team is considered a great hurdle to tackle. They have won and proceeded to the "Nationals" consecutively, thus making them the strongest volleyball club in Miyagi prefecture.


Who will move on to the Nationals this year? Would it be Karasuno or Shiratorizawa? It's for you to find out!

What I Think Of The Movie

It's a great way to review the important parts and the most interesting highlights of the third season of Haikyuu!! I really enjoyed watching it because all of my favorite scenes were included in the movie. Even if one didn't watch the anime, I believe he or she can understand the story if he or she watched the movies.

Although I still prefer watching the series, watching the movies is worth it. You can experience the adrenaline rush and excitement once again.

I must say, Tsukishima Kei of Karasuno as well as Satori Tendou of Shiratorizawa are my favorites in this movie. They both have contributed a lot in the movie and I just get so hyped when I see them play. All players/characters are great, but these two really stood out for me.

If you haven't watched Haikyuu!! yet, I recommend you watch it. However, if the series is too long for you, you have the option of watching the movies. <3 Let's enjoy watching Haikyuu!! and anime in general. <3
