... of slow cooking a 5 Kilograms ham for about 5 to 6 hours on the egg. I had my family in law over and wanted to treat them something nice to begin this year good. This ham was injected with Barrel aged rum which gave this a very special taste in combination with the finishing touch of pineapple slices and cherries.
