The Large Canvases - Art & Stories

Since the past few months, I have been occupied exploring the world of wall art & murals after stumbling upon (& following) the art of Ten Hun on Youtube, early this year. And beautiful walls, windows & doorways have always attracted my attention anyway. It’s been an interesting experience to observe graffitis of different locations whenever I have managed to travel around. Now that I think about it, it would be nice to compile wall art & graffitis from all the countries that I have been to.

Why I find so much value in them is not solely based on how they can completely make a place look prettier or nicer but also because of their power of conveying messages. It seems humorously intelligent to me :) So, I thought I will share some pictures from Thailand of places where I saw some of the most gorgeous walkways and walls. Koh Larn in specific was surprisingly artistic from these line arts on walls to things as simple as sign boards! Small but such thoughtful things really make me happy! <3

This was at starbucks and obviously I am a sucker for blue, greys ad black and white. I was drawn to it like a moth to a flame lol. The story about how coffee is grown, nurtured and transported around was just magnificent! Brownie points for the small illustrations! :)

This was a hostel in Bangkok and this line ad illustration made my tiredness go away!
