If you use Hive.blog you can subscribe to the communities you like. Here you have OnChainArt for example. On the right side you have Subscribe button. After that it will appear on your subscription list (in the left column).
Below the Subscribe button you have New Post - this is where you can write a post to that specific community. After posting it, it will show to all your subscribers, and to all the users that also subscribe to that community.
The post will have the community tag as first added automatically.
