📷 My new painting "Winter evening by the river"

Have a nice day! Today I will show you my new work. This time I drew a winter landscape, because now, after all, it is winter, and there is still no snow in the Kuban.

I love winter, I love when it snows, but I don't like when it melts and rivers flow on the asphalt :-(

This time I first drew the sky with the setting sun and clouds, mapped out the location of the river, which will soon be covered with a small layer of ice and left a little space for the distant forest. I wanted to draw trees in the snow there...

Then she drew houses on the riverbank and began to draw the rest of the details of her painting.

I've been really enjoying painting winter landscapes lately. I also have to learn how to create a shadow in the snow.

Play with shades of colors, there is still a lot to learn. But about everything in order. Then I began to carefully select different areas of land on the shore, drawing at the same time the reflection of the sun's rays in the already freezing river.

Then she moved on to the trees in the background. please note that I initially wanted to draw the Christmas tree by the water a little differently :- ) For some reason I did not like it and in the end I will change it a little. Pay attention to the high bank. And the trees behind the houses. This is such a small clearing, where in the spring it will be very fun for kids to play.

Now I began to invent different characters that I should pay attention to too. So I got a snowman. I loved to sculpt them as a child. It was my favorite activity on the walk. I thought he should carry the tree in his hand, but then I overplayed it.

However, I liked the end result more. Did you like such a fun couple?

Yesterday in Russia celebrated Christian Christmas. Many people here love this holiday very much and honor folk traditions.

So this picture is dedicated to Christmas evening. Pay attention to the star that I drew on the Christmas tree. and how she showed the ice on the river. I even liked it myself :-) In addition, I also drew a fence near the river.

But then I experimented a little with the photos!
