NFT - Should I jump into this bandwagon and why if so?

From the very beginning, I was pretty skeptical about NFT.
Possible the first impression came to me from the news about the most expensive JPG file sold ever, and I'm still impressed negatively about the whole digital BUZZ.
As the "old school" photographer, I don't like any kind of heavy digital manipulation on my images, possible because when I started my way in photography, I used Photoshop and post-production was more important for me than the originally photographed moment or subject. I edited my works too heavily and very soon came to the dead-end of my interest in this kind of ARTmaking process.
I put my attention that NFT is mostly about digital ART and everything that did not go through the process of digitization is just absent in the NFTart galleries and sites. Well almost absent, there are very nice exclusions here and there, but by the interesting observation made by me - all this NFT photography is reminding these heavy digital manipulations, although these effects are made by cameras or lenses.
I can't get and explain this, but yesterday decided to try myself in NFT on the Opensea site.
Here we go. I still have no idea what kind of material I will sell to the buyers (if they will be interested at all), seems like I have to explore and learn the demand and the right supply options - big resolution files, metal or framed print, or something else.

Right now I listed two of my works in already created collections.

And the second work is a monochromatic nature photo :

I know that many Hive artists are successfully selling their ART in HFTshowroom and many other places. Share your experience, please.

I still don't understand the allure of the NFT. I wish you would explain why anyone would buy it.

same here. i had no views and no interest in my files.
as i see - photographers started using these platforms but not just selling GIFs and JPGs but physical prints or hi-res quality huge files. i have no idea. just confused even more than before :-)
