Hello all,

It's time for that wonderful monthly Bank report.

APR is still 6.25%

The Hardfork

This month we have had our hardfork 21/22/...23? There have been disruptions, not quite as bad as HF 20...though it's not great either. Even at this moment my Bank post is being delayed by another problem, and I'll probably have to update my witness again.

Business as usual

I'm still giving out loans, many of them are smaller loans with repeat customers, and I don't bother with a formal contract. You can still see them if you examine my transactions since most of them happen on the Steem blockchain.

My Tribe www.neoxian.city is still humming along, with many small updates that I won't repeat here. My new currency, the neoxag is worth about 0.026 steem, and it sees a decent amount of trading and action.

I have been accepting the neoxag for payment of loans, and even have a neoxag depositor (see depositor report).

The Guild of Neoxian is growing and is nearly level 8, still have no idea if this is a money maker, but it's sort of like the City Football team.

Delegation rental to bidbots? I haven't yet terminated any of my rentals, but it will be interesting to see what happens. If some of my clients can't pay, then I may have to do so, but it hasn't happened yet, as of this writing.

How does @neoxian get the 6% APR is that the interest rate he is getting from the extra interest people pay to repay loans? Is theer a way to actually deposit steem with him to get a cut of that APR? or is that just buying NEOXAG? because does he use that interest profit to buy back NEOXAG on the market? if not that could work man

Fucking neoxian, taking repayments for loans in his OWN currency, and making money on steem not from the price but from giving LOANS to people and making INTEREST lol, using Steempower as collateral, and then using that interest to have something to be able to SUPPORT his own token with buy walls! OR advertising! I actually see others besides neoxian buying on marketviewer https://steem.tools/steemengine/markets.php?to=&symbol=neoxag (unless that bot is all neoxian? i think someone else runs that bot? just a market makin bot anyoen can rent or osmethin?)
