Hello everyone, today I share my beautiful and sublime Sunday, on a walk through the city of La Asunción, an island city of Venezuela, located in the eastern part of Margarita Island and is the capital of the state of Nueva Esparta. The fact of being capital of the state gives La Asunción an important character and makes it the seat of certain administrative activities at national and regional level. On this walk we can admire the Legislative Palace, the Municipal Palace, the State Government and other important entities, also the old Church Our Lady of the Assumption, square and statues that are around.

The Assumption, cradle of illustrious men, remains peaceful, calm, with its honorable load of Margaritean history for the best causes of the freedom of Margarita and Venezuela. Its inhabitants are very friendly and helpful and live on handicrafts, candy and artisan bakery, it is one of the most economically repressed populations
