No, but I don’t think it passed as I never saw it among the higher ones.
Sorry to say, but THAT are the true problems, There are not official rules where anyone can see about propoals.
As you say with you own word: "...you dont think..." means that you as a main witness fail to answer a correct question from a user here. Thinking is not knowing!!
-How can anyone know which minimum "Support" for a proposal is neccesary?
-Till which date it is possible to create a proposal ? (Timeline)
-How can be informed about the result of the proposal
-and many much more infos, which are not provided by Hive or you as main Witness.
For my eyes, it looks only to make as less info about proposal as possible, not users are not able to apply propper and get any chance for the success of the proposal!!
This system how it works right now, it failed badly in my eyes and many other users.
@themarkymark, you can downvote my postings and dislike my proposal, but you are not able to give propper informations about the rules of the proposals? Very very sad.......

I am not the one keeping track of the proposals and managing the secondary airdrops.
I've looked over the proposals I saw and even voted on one of them. But I have no sympathy for those who assisted Justin Sun in taking over Steem and assisting them to steal 170,000 Steem from my wallet.
You were blacklisted and downvoted for recycling posts and farming to which you even admitted. It also has not a damn thing to do with this conversation.
It is not my responsibility to keep track of the status of every proposal.

As my example, i am contacting you - because we both have a problem. So i contact you direct-not any other user. You should do it same with your 170k Problem.....
Blacklist small users as me, was unfair as SUN was unfair to you. That's means, you are not better as him. You both are the same!!
Because I don't know who. I wasn't part of the proposal discussions. I looked over the lists and some of the final aspects but I don't know who is going over the final tally.
Everyone who voted Justin Sun and his sock puppets are part of the reason I had 170,000 Steem stolen directly from my wallet.
