At the time, the city did a courageous job of gentrifying the coastal areas. One of the examples of this reincarnation is this rotunda. At the same time, this place is a viewing platform

The rotunda is easy to climb, it is well made. Personally, I think that plexiglass security walls are unnecessary, but as we know, safety is first and foremost.

At the bottom of the platform you can see the beach itself, and behind it are the ruins of the ancient city of Chersonesos, founded by Greek settlers in the V century BC.
