X-mas Fair @ Leo's school

Leo (@daabi2006) and I went to his school today, as today they had a christmas children's fair, and Leo was to help at a couple of the sales booths.

Having a children's fair every now and then is how the students fund their class trips and other extracurricular activities.
The cafeteria had plenty of tasty treats!
I had to keep an external battery with me as my phone was almost out of juice.
It's a nice day although a bit grey.
Plenty of prizes at the lottery tables!
They also had an art exhibition. These were all made by Leo's class.
Our lucky draws won us a dog's night collar and a pack of aquarelle brushes.
A granny of a classmate also had a booth. She sold these adorable felt figurines she makes.

We have the same kind of fairs, the children go to theaters and cinema for the money they make. I believe that this is right :). The grandmother of a classmate has golden hands, since she makes such beautiful figures.
Yes I agree that these kinds of funding are very commendable for the kids. And I also happen to think her work is amazing. I just don't have enough money right now to buy any of it. I spent all of my moneys in Thailand.
Its always interesting for kids and I can see Leo is enjoying. It reminds me my school days.
Looks like fun times and a good fund raiser for the school.
