Caturday: funny cats around the house, แมวหน้าตาตลก

My cats are too shy and timid; they would just hide whenever they heard strangers’ sounds. When I have a gang of workers in to trim over grown tree branches, they decided to hide in my room. I could never imagine my cats being able to defend themselves when other unruly stray cats came to attack them at night.

Last week I had to chase away some stray cats around midnight three nights in a row. I found my cats sitting precariously on the slim window ledge; I was afraid they might fell off to the ground in an attack. These are pacifist cats who don’t like violent confrontation. I wish they could do some martial art for defensive purposes. Alas it’s too late to teach them to be fighting cats.

Whenever I had the time, I would lead them into the garden so that they could have a long walk and running exercises. I noticed they were more relaxed when I was around the garden. They would spend more time in the open sniffing at things and playing hide and seek. They even climbed trees and had a big gallop around in a circle. It was just like watching a horse race. These cats are so funny and entertaining in their natural ways.

เราคิดว่าแมวของเรามีนิสัยที่ไม่เหมือนแมวที่อื่น มันขี้อายและขี้ตื่น เสียงคนแปลกหน้าและเสียงเครื่องยนต์มาก เวลามันได้ยินเสียงแบบนี้มันจะพากันไปซ่อนตัวเงียบๆเพื่อความปลอดภัย รอกจากนี้มันจะกลัวแมวเร่ร่อนที่ชอบแอบมาที่บ้านตอนกลางคืนด้วย เราต้องลงไปไล่แมวเร่ร่อนตอนเที่ยงคืนสามคืนติดต่อกัน เพราะเราเห็นแมวของเราขึ้นไปหลบอยู่ขอบขอบหน้าต่าง เรากลัวว่าแมวจะพลัดตกลงไปข้างล้างได้ เราค่อนข้างจะงงว่าแมวของเราจึงขี้กลัวแมวเร่ร่อนขนาดหนัก เราแปลกใจที่แมวของเราไม่คิดจะสู้หรือปกป้องตนเองบ้าง นี่กลายเป็นแมวรักสงบและไม่ชอบความรุนแรงเลย

เราพยายามพาแมวไปเดินเล่นในสวนบ่อยๆ เพื่อให้แมวได้วิ่งออกกำลังกายปีนต้นไม้ และเดินสำรวจสวนนานๆ ถ้าเรายืนอยู่ในสวนไม่ไกลนัก พวกแมวจะมีความสบายใจมาก พากันวิ่งเล่นเต็มที่ มันคงรู้ว่ามันปลอดภัยจากแมวเร่ร่อนมาจู่โจมและ สุนัขเร่ร่อนก็ไม่กล้าแอบเข้ามาในสวนด้วย เราก็ดูแมววิ่งไล่จับกันและวิ่งขึ้นต้นไม้ แมวชอบทำหน้าตาแตกตื่นเวลาได้ยินเสียงแปลกๆ บางทีก็ส่งสายตาซึ้งใจให้เรา แมวนี่ตลกและชวนขำขัน เพราะความเป็นธรรมชาติไม่เสแสร้งของแมวนั่นเอง

My cats are very honest with their feelings and intentions. They show all their emotions and loving feeling naturally. Their spontaneous nature and reactions always amaze me; they are incredibly considerate and psychic. They are sometimes at pain trying to wake me up gently to tell me that they want to go to pee. It took them a lot of courage to make a very soft meowing noise. The original ginger cat used to jump on my bed to wake me up so I could open the door to let the cats out into our garden. I guess I am very lucky to have these wonderful beings around the house to keep me sane and humble.
