Rush month in progress

I don’t know about you guys but now the month december is in full progress I am beginning to feel like every year before...it is rush month. But that isn’t affecting me in any way! Most years I also felt rushed like everyone else around me.

Following my own path in December

But this month I am following my heart. I am staying close to what matters most in life, my family and friends. And in the road towards the climax of the last month of the year, I cherish every me time I can get.

In between social events

I’ll take every time I can get to stay calm and enjoy what life throws at me. A little bit of music listening, some drinking, a little bit of food, well you know... the good stuff

Looking towards the highlights

And as time goes by fast in this month I am really looking forward to being with family and friends. Starting next week when relatives from Belgium will come over and visit us. Then I will be looking forward to the kickboxing event of this year with Badr and Rico when friends @brittandjosie & @cvds will be visiting us to watch the game together. Later around Christmas my brother @eqko and his family will be brunching at our place and to top it all off we’ll be celebrating the beginning of 2020 with @brittandjosie and @cvds.

The scale won’t be happy

Well...normally that is the case but not this time! I have so incorporated intermittent fasting as a lifestyle, it is easy to indulge at these social events and still don’t gain a bit of weight!
