RECETA - "Sobrasada vegana"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Hoy os quiero enseñar todo un descubrimiento para desayunar por las mañanas y es una rica sobrasada vegana.


INGREDIENTES

  • 100 gr de tomate seco
  • 60gr de piñones
  • 40ml de aceite de oliva
  • Pimenton dulce
  • 1 ñora picada
  • Sal y pimienta
PREPARACION
  • Se hidratan los tomates y la ñora en agua caliente de grifo durante 30 minutos, luego escurrimos bien.
  • Pasamos todos los ingredientes a la batidora, batimos bien y listo para comer.
  • Como veis es súper fácil de hacer y esta riquísima.
