Day 668 | Yoga Goal 25% Complete & Kitchen Time (5/10)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It basically took 5 days of some discipline to get fully back on track. I'm feeling great after joining 3 yoga sessions and my skin is starting to really clear up quickly also. Quite the procutive day on friday and spent over an hour in my kitchen preparing a vegeatble curry for the weekend. I did overeat on it in the evening though so I'm failing on the shot term weight loss goal. I am sure to get below 64kg again in no time as from my experience, overeating in vegetables is nearly impossible as it will still end up with weight loss.

The goal saturday is to do 100 reps, I've been out of that for a while and it will be something I have to rebuild slowly getting back into it..

I'm now 25% into my yearly hot yoga session goal but slightly behind on the average I need in order to reach it. With the pace of 3 sessions a week I wil get back to it quickly though
