Шкоролевство
Всюду, где нужно разумное управление, вместо диктатуры, делегирующей демократии и прочих бюрократических симбиозов может быть объявлено шкоролевство.
Для функционирования последнего достаточно 2х базовых инструментов: игры и голосовалки на блокчейне.

Вместо исполнительной пирамиды власти - одноранговая служба слуг народа, выполняющая инструкции перманентного консенсуса.

Участие в голосованиях и играх поощряется из общего пула.
Победителям достаются медали и рейтинг влияния, тем, кому не повезло - просто крипта.

Модель схематично уже готова к работе на блогчейнах стім (вознаграждения за игры) и хайв (вознаграждения за голосования) по части раздачи токенов; для чёткой реализации нужны команды, готовые врубиться в код.

По модели каждое шкоролевство состоит из равных по количеству динамических команд, формируемых по любому не дискриминирующему признаку (муз.стили, профессия, кавээнщики...) Предполагается использовать их же для разных участков общего дела. Порубились, поврубались, разрубили.

Минимальные требования для участия в процессе:

1. 1час в день на игру
2. акк на chess.com
3. кошелёк на стім или hive
4. голосование на dPoll
5. командный идентификатор (сейчас - любимый муз.стиль)
6. вольный запрос моркови (моральной компенсации)
