Ich war gerade mal bei meinen Eltern ein bisschen reden und einen Kaffee trinken.

Und meine Mama ist gerade Süßschmier (Marmelade) am machen.

Und was macht sie für leckere Süßschmier...

Quetschenschmier (Pflaumenmarmelade)

Die Zutaten sind:

2 kg Quetschen
150 g Brauner Rohrzucker
2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft
1 Vanille Chote

Das ganze wir vermischt und dann bei 160 Grad im Backofen gemacht.

Jetzt muss das ganze noch zerkleinert werden und dann in Gläser füllen.

Das habe ich aber jetzt nicht mehr mitbekommen.
