姜鸡蛋汤
我最喜欢就是鸡蛋，可以番茄炒蛋，做蛋卷，蒸水蛋，虾仁炒蛋。。。多种多样吧！
今天来个我很爱喝的鸡蛋汤！鸡蛋汤是孩子奶奶教我做的，想喝汤又没有时间煮老火汤的时候，姜鸡蛋汤就是最容易煮的！有营养而且很好喝，加了姜下去，感冒或者天气凉的时候喝，特别暖胃。
我先把姜切碎，锅里煎鸡蛋的时候，直接把姜放在鸡蛋上面！鸡蛋两面煎一下，开大火倒水下去煮开一会，煮到汤发白就可以了。
