台灣郵政的i郵箱

上週南部的家人問我們是否需要酒精跟兒童口罩，他們有些可以給我們，我當然就要啦！這種時節，多些存貨在身邊總是安心點～～
於是我跟對方約好試用台灣郵局的ｉ郵箱，這還是比較新的服務，但是也已經推行一陣子了，這些像是寄物櫃的郵箱，放在不少公眾場所，例如捷運站、圖書館等等。
家人在南部完成寄送，我沒有去問細節，下次我也來試試看。但這裡分享的是收貨的細節。
寄方也是要找一個當地的ｉ郵箱放入，完成後，大概兩三天，就通知我到貨了。地點當然是我事先指定的附近的ｉ郵箱，就在捷運站裡頭。
一開始，我還領不出來，原因是家人給我的密碼，跟我的手機都輸入了，它跟我說錯誤！
我第一時間覺得可能是密碼搞錯了，所以跟家人聯繫，確認...
密碼是對的！！這就奇怪了，我也輸入多次，確定不是手按錯數字...
那時，覺得很煩，心想第一次使用就失敗，可能得找郵局的人，偏偏又是下班時間，難道還要等到隔天嗎？
最後，我心生一個想法，結果被我打開了！
結論是：手機號碼得用寄件人的。
我感覺，這很不符合直覺，也不知道寄件時有無提示這一點，至少領件時螢幕畫面都沒說明.... 真是令人無言啊~~~~~

孩子抱著這一小箱救急物資，拍好照，傳給南部家人，表達感謝囉~~~~
不過，下次還想試試看寄件，然後有機會的話，跟郵局抱怨一下這設計！！
