为对踩进行规范的SPS投票

HF21/22后，每个人每天多了一次踩的机会。我在现在是STEEM最好的时代之一？ 说过，目前的踩的行为是失控的，由于某大鲸的SP数量非常大，他可以随意的决定帖子金额多少。踩没有带来更多的人，反而把那些投资STEEM的投资者给踩走了。

我一直在想，踩是否需要一个准则，按照这个准则来踩而不是以个人喜好来踩。

韩国社区是在新规下受灾最严重的社区，很多用户被大户踩的收益一分不剩。其中最可笑的是有一篇帖子因为没有图片被踩。。。所以他们社区的见证人@proxy.token发起了一个标准对踩的准则的SPS:

踩的准则如下：
(1) 明显的抄袭
(2) 人身攻击
(3) 假新闻
(4) 组织犯罪
(5) 种族歧视

我个人是不喜欢踩的，除了明显的抄袭帖子，是不会去踩别人的帖子的。经常群里听到有人说被一些没有多少SP的账号踩了，虽然对帖子收益没啥影响，但是对大家的心情影响了。因为自己认真的写作，突然被踩，心理还是有点不开心的。

踩是需要规范的，不然只会让steem乱成一团，也不会吸引投资人进来，所以我全力支持这个SPS！
