我好喜欢吃的红烧猪蹄今天再次美味来袭😎
超好吃嘞😋😋😋
满满的胶原蛋白
软嫩滑香
红亮诱人啊🤩
配上米饭～米香肉香的搭配
实在让人欲罢不能啊~🤤
有木有诱惑到你啊😁

是用我的新微压炒锅第一次做猪蹄一小时之内就搞定了!
高压锅我不愿折腾的
直接用我的带微压的炒锅烧
没想到做出来的红烧猪蹄超级完美～哈哈✌

谢谢亲爱哒😍我还在想大当家不要来哦😅🤭
配方很简单都是我自己想的
先温水洗干净猪蹄
再加点白酒焯水清水冲洗晾干水分
然后这边热锅倒入适量菜油烧热
加入大料五香八角桂皮生姜大蒜爆香
再加入猪蹄爆炒下多余油脂
再加料酒或啤酒都可以老抽生抽适量小米椒翻炒下
加入事先烧好的凉白开(没过猪蹄)盖锅烧
中途差不多加盐翻炒下再继续烧45分钟左右...
起锅加入味精就好了
如果用高压锅就选择猪蹄功能炖烂
不用加凉白开
炖烂后倒入炒锅翻烧下加入味精就好了
