WELCOME TO OUR DAILY COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT
11th March 2020
The Power House Creatives is a community of individuals on Discord who are proactively committed to producing quality content in multiple genres. Our key focus is to embrace and nurture content producers who genuinely add value to the Steem blockchain therefore offering our subscribers a feed which is filled with an array of interesting and read worthy content. Our discord community is incredibly active with daily initiatives, incentives and support structures. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for plagiarism and do not entertain those who are not willing to go the extra mile for the community itself as well as their fellow community members. In short - we work hard and we play hard :) but above all, we stand together as a family.
These daily "community spotlight" posts are one of many regular support systems which we have in place within our server. We believe firmly in seeking out great content and highlighting it so that it gains the levels of exposure and support which it deserves. These spotlight posts serve a few purposes as you will discover below...
THE RALLY UPVOTE
Within our Discord server - Every day, we have what we call the "Rally Upvote" which is where we select one members post and every member in our community shows it the love it deserves with an upvote and a comment. We showcase it here too so that the rest of the Steem community also has the opportunity to give it some appreciation.

We were young, the first thing I saw about you were those photos from a play in which you worked. Among the set of characters you stood out, dressed as that famous Harlequin who has traveled the centuries to the present day, the red and black details on your suit, your long golden hair, I was instantly hipnotized finally understanding what the fantasy means. I was living my first encounters with what would be my own proffesion and that was my first theater company ever, the same one which you also were involved. Someone wanted to share the photos of past projects, when the round ended, I realized that your photo was the only that I've looked to.
THE DAILY MEMBER SUGGESTION
Within our discord server - Every day, one of our PHC members selects another members post which they really enjoyed and they submit it to be featured here. This encourages diversity in our community post promotion as well as support and is just another one of the many support initiatives which we have in place to nurture community and individual growth.
...... As I've promised, this contest will continue as long as there is a participant! I strongly believe that we will choose to stay in this platform if we have a solid connection with our friends here. Our gold members are comprised not only of our longest standing members, but also those that simply go above and beyond within our server. Every day we select one of their posts to showcase here for all of you to enjoy as well as to show them that they are exceptionally valued members of our community! ...... I picked up two new-to-me cameras today that I found at a yard sale. $25 for the two of them and I'm really happy. Every day, we select and share one of our newer members posts here to show them that we value them as members and we appreciate the efforts they put into our community, as well as into their content... and obviously so that all of you can enjoy it too! ...... I wonder when it will happen? When will a tipping point be reached so a mass of people use Crypto, not just as a store of value, but also as a means of exchange, for buying real stuff! Recently i became aware of two initiatives which are attempting to make #cryptomassadoption happen. These are Ecoin and Initiative Q. Both of these are currently giving away free coins. It is their unique way of mining, needing just an email address to sign up, and with a refer a friend program (limited to three levels so it's not a pyramid scheme) and be rewarded with additional free ecoins. ......
