Contains the following:

Accounts excluded who voted a minimum of two sockpuppets or proxied someone who voted a minimum of two
and who didn't unvote before the hive announcement with more than 1k sp

Does somebody have good connections to our top witnesses?

I really support the upcoming Hive HF - the blockchain should be decentralized, otherwise a blockchain doesn’t make sense. So I'm investing a lot of hope in Hive.

But this decision above should be changed in my eyes.

We still want to allow different opinions. Maybe these blacklisted steemians just see a chance for a compromise. Maybe some steemians just followed our call to vote for our witnesses (and we all know there was a light confusion with the term 'top 20 witnesses') and some of them, not so familiar with the technical details, haven't distinguish by the versions the witnesses run.

Hive should be an openminded community - so we simply should not blacklist/exclude them. Do it for Hive.

Have a look - e.g. @steemchiller (known from steemworld.org) is blacklisted. It doesn't make sense at all...

I simply hope these blacklist can be go over again.
