Definitely looks like a scenery from some sci-fi movie. Somehow reminded me Bladerunner (Am I oldschool? :) Dark and moody atmosphere and those light flares adds amazing touch to overall amazing atmosphere of the CITY

2ND PLACE

Like a TOY CITY with a lot of small building, which in reality are skyscrapers. Very nice visual trick. Great panoramic view employing mirror reflection from the water and doubling everything. Skies looks amazing too

Yes, come at midday and also to get deep blue skies! No people at such a place that's an issue and you caught very well. Nice balance if lonely colon from the right and more massive building complex from the left

Warm sunset colors with amazing cloud formations. Quite similar actually to local sunset, well, its still Baltic Sea. Interesting unusual composition, but well balanced

I'm having a hard time finding cityscape shots because I havent done them very much. I hope this one qualifies as one.
This is an industrial part of Tallinn in the moonlight.

Here is my photo for this week - I was gawking off my Bangkok balcony again as the sun came up. I'm very happy with the light here :)
