Special dish for my girl - Banana in syrup
I love when I can spend a lazy Sunday with my daughter at home, I like to prepare things for her and share a movie, today I thought of preparing a fun meal that she loved, it is puree, pig and banana in syrup mmm!
First let's focus on mashed potatoes ...
With 3 peeled potatoes and put them to boil high heat with a little salt, when they are very soft take them out and place them in a bowl, there we will stripe with a crusher and help of a fork, add butter and milk and continue stirring until it is evenly with a good consistency to place them in the mold and fit as we wish.
Now the cooking of the pig, you should always boil the pig before sautéing it to kill any possible bacteria, after boiling the pig we put it to heat in a pan, I only use French herbs, salt and soy sauce, turns until browned .
Now we go to my favorite part, the bananas in syrup are delicious and give that sweet touch that we need at each lunch meal.
We are going to select the most ripe bananas that we have at home, we heat the pan with butter enough to let the bananas fry for about 25 minutes, turning until golden brown
Then we will boil water with sugar and cinnamon and there we will place the bananas until the caramel is created and ready, we can already serve our beautiful dish made as a face for children.
I hope you like it and your children too,
Happy Sunday!
