My autodesk sketchbook diary

avatar

I've seen people use autodesk for sketches and I've always wanted to use it. I figured precision is the key. Knowing how to trace, when to give the perfect mark, the exact brush and tool to use makes you a good painter. Well, I'm getting better at it and I'll be revealing my first job on it.

I tried drawing a cartoon character of myself but it didn't end up as I wanted. It wasn't bad though; I just knew I can do better. I didn't snap the whole process, but this is a ready to paint drawing I made.

This is the result after painting. Cool, right? It was my first try and I was amazed at the result. With time, I will get better.

I painted an anime character of my sister this morning. It took me more than 40 minutes to get it done. She loved it when she saw it. She didn't know she was the one at first though. 😁

Check out the stages.
