THE PROCESS

1. Research

We begin by exploring your ‘why’ — your story, values and vision for where you aspire to be. We’ll conduct in-depth research into your market, competitors and aesthetic preferences. We’ll identify your unique differences and pinpoint how we can use those to position your business strategically and create a compelling brand voice. Finally, you’ll receive a custom brand strategy summary of our research, which will serve as the foundation of our design work.

2. Design

We begin the collaborative process of crafting your new visual identity, where you will enjoy seeing your brand taking shape. Each element is carefully infused with all the meaning behind the details we explored in the research phase. 3 rounds of revisions are included to allow plenty of space for tweaking everything to perfection.

3. Implementation

We seamlessly roll out your beautiful new brand across your collateral, creating a suite of effective touchpoints for your business. 2 rounds of revisions are included. Finally, I’ll prepare your beautiful brand style guide, which will give you the tools and the confidence you need to know how to represent your business in the world.

4. Delivery

We did it! Congratulations! I’ll prepare all the final files for print and web and supply a secure link for you to download, ready for you to use with ease. If a website is part of your project, we’ll begin the web design phase. If not, it’s time to wrap up and celebrate!

5. Website design

If a website is part of your project, we’ll begin by identifying your unique needs through the Create your own website package form. We’ll establish the primary purpose of your website and dive into some more in-depth research surrounding your market and competitors. Next, we’ll mock up a home page design with user experience top of mind. 2 rounds of revisions are included. Then, we’ll roll out the internal pages of the site, ensuring user flow and conversion is optimised. The design will be uniquely yours down to the last detail and is fully tested across different screen sizes. 2 rounds of revisions are included to ensure we get everything perfect. Finally, a library of tutorials that teach you how to manage and edit everything is provided before launch and ongoing support is available if required.
