📷 Master class in the Kuban

Have a nice day! Last Sunday our German friends from the sister city of Karlsruhe (this town is located in Germany, in the land of Baden-württemberg, and it is located in the vicinity of the Rhine river near the French-German border) came to us and showed their culinary skills in the manufacture of the famous pretzels, which were treated to everyone.

Most of the pretzels are shaped in the form of a knot. The unique shape of such pretzels is a symmetrical loop, which is created by weaving a not very long strip of dough into a bizarre pattern, forming a kind of pretzel loop.

These pretzels even sculpted Kuban mayor Eugene Pervushov, who also decided to participate in the process.

I'll tell you, it's delicious.

In Germany, such bread and bakery products are called brezels. There is an old legend which says that brezel was invented by a Baker, who was commissioned by the Bavarian king to bake a loaf through which 3 times you can see the sun.

Brezel, in Germany, is the emblem of bakers and is very often depicted on the private signs of bakeries or bakeries engaged in the manufacture of bread and various muffins.

But in the middle ages, the production of brezels was not allowed to all bakers, but only a limited circle of people.

Next door was organized and a small exhibition of Peugeot cars, which were decorated with graphics with views of the sights of Krasnodar.

It was possible to be photographed against the background of ancient buildings Ekaterinodar.

Employees of the CLAAS plant also prepared thematic installations with equipment produced in Krasnodar.

I looked into the Catherine square with alleys of roses, which are many more.

The holiday was wonderful, and the gastronomic festival of national cuisines was remembered, but I will tell you about it next time...
