Dblog is looking for CURATORS!
Dblog is looking for curators! Actually, we already have some wonderful curators on dblog.io. They are doing a fantastic job in terms of rewarding high-quality posts and encouraging bloggers to engage more in dblog.io. So, I want to express my gratitude to @derangedvisions, @rosatravels, @banguri, @hodolbak, @flipstar, and @axeman. Also, I want to express my special thank to @hongdangmu, who is behind supporting high-quality posts on dblog.io with @dblog.supporter. Finally, @slowwalker is also supporting the bloggers on dblog.io by delegating a huge amount of DBLOG POWER to @rokyupjung.
But we want 10 more curators! So, please apply if you are eligible and if you want. If you are selected, you will get the delegation of 10,000 DBLOG POWER. The selected curators will be active until 2019/12/31, and if their curation is good enough in terms of the reward distribution, the delegation will be renewed. If not, it will be returned. The selected curators all take the curation rewards and staking rewards.
The requirement for applying for Dblog Curators
There are two requirements for applying for Dblog curators. First, you must stake more than 1,500 DBLOG already. Second, your past curating data somewhat shows a wide reward distribution. I know the second one is vague. Don't worry. The team will look into the data.
How to apply
It is very simple. With your account logged in dblog.io, comment on this post saying "I am applying." That is all. The application will be open for 3 days, November 2-4, 2019. On November 5, we will announce the selected curators by a post.

디블로그 큐레이터 지원 요구사항
디블로그 큐레이터에 지원하기 위해서는 두 가지 요구사항을 충족해야합니다. 첫 번째, 1,500 DBLOG 이상을 스테이킹해야합니다. 두 번째, 폭넓은 큐레이션을 해오신 분이어야 합니다. 물론 두 번째 기준이 애매모호합니다. 지원해주시면디블로그 팀에서 큐레이션 기록을 참고하겠습니다.
지원방법
지원방법은 간단합니다. 큐레이션을 하고 싶은 계정으로 로그인해서, 이 글에 "지원합니다" 라고 댓글을 다시면 됩니다. 지원은 11월 2일부터 4일까지 3일 동안 받습니다. 11월 5일 결과를 발표하겠습니다.

보팅할때마다 줄어드는 보팅파워를
어느정도 조절해서 덜 줄어들게 하는 메리트가 있었으면
좋겠다고 갠적으로 생각합니다.
사족
스팀짱에서 적용되어지는 보팅파워는
100% 풀로 보팅을 주어도
어지간하면 보팅파워가 잘 안줄어들어서 부담이 없는데
DBLOG의 경우에는
풀보팅을 하다보면 처음하고는 달리
보팅파워가 닳아지는 정도가 좀 과한면이 보여지기에
평소라면 신경쓰지 않았지만
'큐레이션'을 '만약에'하게 된다면
어떻게 싶은 갠적인 생각에 이렇게 댓글을 달아봅니다.
좋은 의견 감사합니다. 확인해보니 스팀짱은 vote_power_consumption이 디블로그의 절반 수준으로 되어있네요. 이 설정은 변경하지 않는 게 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 개인적으로 듭니다. ^^ 아무래도 보팅파워가 적게 줄어들면, 고래들의 파워가 너무 막강해질 거라는 생각이 듭니다. 현재 디블로그에서 고래들은 POS 보상으로 인해 이미 보상에서 우위를 점하고 있기 때문에, 보팅 파워를 가지고 더욱 많은 힘을 발휘하게 된다면, 따라오고 싶은 분들의 의욕이 너무 저하될 것 같다는 생각을 해봅니다.
좋은 의견 감사드리며, 앞으로 더 많은 소통으로 서로 의견 교환하며 커뮤니티의 롱런을 위한 좋은 방법을 함께 모색하면 좋을 것 같습니다.^^
