Binance/Steem - nichts geht mehr

Kein leichter Beginn hier für mich

Zuerst zog sich die Anmeldung in die Länge, dann beenden die D-A-CH Eishockeyligen vorzeitig ihre Saisonen wegen dem Corona Virus und jetzt noch die Probleme mit Binance.

Nachdem ich gesehen habe dass es ganz ohne Steem hier am Anfang etwas schwierig ist und ich immer am unteren Ende der RC Anzeige herumdümple, fiel mir ein dass ich irgendwann mal bei Binance einen Account eröffnet und ein paar shitcoins gekauft hatte (die jetzt noch ca. 10% vom urspünglichen Wert hatten, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte). Ich also dort eingeloggt und erstmal null Durchblick weil die Seite ganz anders aussieht als früher, irgenwie habe ich dann meine Wallet gefunden und es war auch noch alles da, wie gesagt, viel Wert hatte es eh ja nicht mehr.

Nachdem ich dann alles in Steem umgewechselt hatte und auf meinen Steem account transferieren wollte kam die böse Überraschung.

  • derzeit keine Auszahlung möglich

Ich habe dann sofort den Support angeschrieben und die Antwort kam auch relativ zügig.

"Sorry that the Steem is in Wallet Maintenance, the withdrawal function is suspended. Once the Maintenance is completed, you are able to withdraw Steem. Your patience is much appreciated."

Auf eine Antwort wie lange das wohl dauern wird warte ich allerdings noch immer, danke Binance.

Edit: Jetzt kam eine Antwort, allerdings ist die mehr als unbefriedigend.

"We're sorry to say that we cannot provide you with an estimated time as when the maintenance will be done. Please wait with patience. Your understanding will be much appreciated."

Schade das gerade in dem Moment, wenn du einen Power-Up machen möchtest, gleich die Börse streikt. Hoffe das es bald wieder geht und du deine Steem auf diese Plattform transferieren kannst.

ich bin gerade dabei ein kleines Projekt auszuarbeiten, dass D-A-CH - Neulingen den Start hier auf der Blockchain ein wenig erleichtern soll. Du bist der erste Nutznießer meiner Idee und hast soeben eine Delegation in Höhe von 50 SP erhalten. Diese bleibt bestehen, bis Du irgendwann selber genug SteemPower zur Verfügung hast.

die unterstützung kam genau in dem moment als ich mich ärgerte dass mein RC auf 4 stand und ich nichts mehr machen konnte.
