What Are You Really Angry At?

Everyone is not angry, but many of us are. Anger sometimes shoots out from us when driving, when stepping on something that hurts our feet, or even when a loved one says something "annoying." For others, anger is suppressed deep down in their bodies, dressed up like some other ailment.

This anger, however, will not release, until we are able to really look at what it is that is making us angry. Next time you get upset stop, and analyze your anger. Give yourself permission to really look at it. Are you really mad because the person driving your around is a bad driver? Or are you really mad because …
