Mainland China's Worst Societal Problem!

Get ready for some disturbing content. Maybe it's a result of the hard times the country had gone through. Maybe it was the effects of the country's politics. But one thing is for sure. There is a massive problem in China where you could publicly kidnap a child in the middle of a mall or drag a girl to the push to rape them and nobody would do anything. 

The only person to give a child enough money (About $0.30) to get home was a beggar. According to the creator who has spent a great deal of time in China, this is a problem of the mainlands but not other Chinese territories.
