Ghana withdraws recognition of Kosovo as independent state

In 2008, Kosovo proclaimed independence from Serbia and in 2012, Ghana signed to recognize Kosovo as an independent state. In 2019, Ghana has rescinded it's decision to recognize Kosovo as an independent state and has withdrawn it's recognition of Kosovo as an independent state.
