Wing Chun for beginners lesson - blocking punch, hook and uppercut
When I make blog posts, I usually write different things that are in advanced level. It is assumed that you know the basics and practice martial arts.
If you never practice martial arts or you are a beginner, you have to learn the basics first to learn more. Otherwise, you will be confused and you might find it difficult to understand.
Master Wong made some videos about Wing Chun basics a long time ago. I have never thought that I would share it here on Steem blockchain. When he made those videos, Steem blockchain did not exist.
