Such is life. The big names have it all but you never learn there cos they have enough experienced hands to do all the jobs but the small companies need hands and how best do you learn if not by practicing?

I had to experience it to actually learn it. Most time we are more invested in the name than the learning experience. I'm glad I was opportune to get the latter.
