Trainer say after workouts the body needs a couple of hours to calm down and that's what you are feeling. Morning training is the best and you got it right, that feeling of satisfaction worth everything. It's not easy to get up early every day and do the training but you got used to it and the fatigue will be history. Just don't give up.

I used to go running at 6am and felt great! I got my energy for a whole day. The downside is it's hard to get up each morning so early. It takes a lot of self control. However, it's better than not being able to rest because you're rolling in bed all night 🙂
